Our story

The Loiodice Group holds various interests in different companies, almost all engaged in the construction of civil, industrial, and bridge buildings, etc. The core business is in the field of civil and industrial construction. It began its activity in 1958, realizing buildings of various types, from residential to commercial buildings, from prefabricated artisanal warehouses to buildings with reinforced concrete structures for tertiary use.

Since 1958, it has built over 1000 apartments and completed various public structures such as the new headquarters of AMGas (the Municipal Gas Utility), administrative offices for the University of Studies, offices for the Telecom Italia group, a large hotel with over 150 rooms, and other works of public and private interest.
